Mason County Sheriff's Office:  Fingerprinting Service

As a courtesy to our residents, the Mason County Sheriff’s Office will fingerprint Mason County citizens between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.  Fingerprinting is the ink and roll technique.   There is no cost.

Mason County residents, who request to be fingerprinted by our office,
must provide a photo identification and fingerprint card.  If you are
requesting to be fingerprinted for employment, employers will provide you
with the fingerprint application card.

Although normal fingerprinting takes approximately ten minutes, please keep
in mind that the sheriff’s office also operates the detention facility, which houses over forty inmates.  Process times may vary.

Out of concern for the safety of your children, our office asks that they do not accompany you.
